Why per-departure, not per-seat?
We are a departure-event product, not an always-on KB. Glean and Notion are priced per seat because they index everything continuously. Handoff is priced per event because we ship for one moment — the 2-week notice window — and that pricing axis tracks the actual buyer math.
What if the gold gate fails?
We keep working until it passes. The 35-question validation isn't a stretch goal; it's the ship gate. If we can't hit 35/35, you don't pay for the handover.
Are Anthropic and NotebookLM costs included?
No. You bring your own Anthropic API key (we never see it) and your own NotebookLM Enterprise license ($9/seat/month, paid to Google). That's the architecture that lets us promise customer data never touches our infrastructure.
What about volume discounts?
Subscription tier already builds in volume. For PE-portfolio buyers covering 10+ portcos, contact sales — Enterprise pricing scales with portfolio size and includes co-marketing rights.
